At Darlington Point Riverside Caravan & Tourist Park, guests can choose the accommodation that suits them best – from comfortable 2-bedroom cabins to powered and unpowered sites ideal for caravans, campervans or tents. Whether you're coming for a relaxing riverside getaway or staying while working on one of the many exciting developments underway in the region, you'll find a welcoming and convenient base to call home.


Please note: Pets are not allowed in the cabins. The only exception is the Accessible Cabin, which allows Certified Assistance Animals.

2 Bedroom Cabin (elevated)

Elevated 2-Bedroom Cabins


Our brand-new elevated 2-bedroom cabins combine modern comfort with practical design. Built one storey above ground with convenient parking underneath, they are designed to offer peace of mind in all seasons. Each cabin sleeps up to six guests, making them perfect for families or groups.


Inside, you’ll find a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, television and ample storage, plus a second bedroom with two double bunks, its own TV and storage. Both bedrooms feature fans for added comfort.


The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, large fridge, cutlery, crockery and cookware, along with a six-seat dining table. Relax in the spacious L-shaped lounge and enjoy split-system heating and cooling all year round.


The bathroom features a walk-in shower and separate toilet. At the front, a private deck with outdoor setting and BBQ is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.


Please note: Stairs provide access to these cabins. An accessible elevated cabin with ramp access is also available, featuring the same facilities and sleeping up to six guests.

Accessible Elevated 2-Bedroom Cabin

Accessible 2-Bedroom Cabin


Our accessible cabin has been thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience, and accessibility for all guests. Sleeping up to six people, it offers the same modern facilities as our new elevated cabins, with the addition of accessible features to ensure ease of movement and independence.


The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed, television and storage, while the second bedroom features two double bunks, a TV and storage space. The cabin also includes fans in both bedrooms.


A spacious open-plan living area provides a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, large fridge, cutlery, crockery and cookware, along with a six-seat dining table and comfortable L-shaped lounge. Split-system heating and cooling keep the cabin comfortable in every season.


The accessible bathroom includes a walk-in shower with support features, and the cabin is fitted with ramp access for ease of entry. A private deck with outdoor setting and BBQ adds the perfect finishing touch.


Please note: Certified assistance dogs are welcome in this cabin. No other pets are allowed in this cabin.
